Tell us Ten Things survey Tell us Ten Things (TTT) is a short paper-based survey used by NHS Lothian to get feedback from patients about their care and treatment experience. It is made up of 10 multiple-choice questions and has a box for you to write any additional comments you may have. TTT is currently used in wards at the Royal Infirmary of Edinburgh, Western General and St John’s Hospitals. Please let us know what you thought about your care and treatment experience by completing one on site. We have a list of answers to frequently asked questions which might help you. Patient Stories Patient stories are a powerful way of bringing experiences to life and making them available to other people. They help tell us what really matters to you and how we can improve the quality of our services. If you are a patient, carer, family or friend of someone who has recently used our services, we want to hear about your experience, whether it is good or bad.
